4 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Klosters-Serneus

A beautiful 4 Bedroom Chalet (3 floors - 200 m²) is located in the Klosters village (popular with the English royals) with a breathtaking view. The Chalet is a lovely 10 MINUTE WALK (downhill) to the GOTSCHNA SKI LIFT and the KLOSTERS PLATZ. It is also located very close (2 mins by car) to the Klosters Golf Club, a 9 hole course, with a magnificent panoramic view of mountain peaks.
Our house consists of 3 FLOORS:
FIRST FLOOR: You enter through the first floor (marble floor) where there are 3 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and a sink. There is a full bathroom on the floor with shower, toilet and sink. You will find here solid wood furniture with the traditional Swiss red checkered upholstery. Perfect for couples and children. (One of the rooms was my husband's during his childhood when visiting Klosters)
SECOND FLOOR: Walk up the marble staircase to enter the spacious living room area with a fireplace, two separate sitting areas with vintage Eames Lounge Chairs & Ottoman, and TV/internet with a dining area (seats 6-8) and semi-open kitchen. The large windows provide breathtaking views of the Klosters Village, the children's ski school and the Klosters ice rink. A couple of these window doors lead to two spacious balconies that can be used to soak up the winter sun or in the summer.
There is a powder room with a toilet and a sink and a bathroom with a bath tub and 2 sinks. Also on this floor is a washer and a dryer discreetly placed behind a closet.
THIRD FLOOR: SUPERB MASTER BEDROOM
A wooden spiral staircase leads to the luxurious & modern master bedroom that has been recently renovated with solid wood furnishings, providing a warm cozy lodge atmosphere. The beautiful master bathroom is outfitted with a classic elegant marble with a bath tub, stand alone shower and two sinks.
The house also has 2 garages and outside space for 2 car parks.
Background of our house:
The story goes that my father in law, who is Japanese, bought this house with a handsome win playing black jack in Switzerland. This house has the history and memory of 3 generations, now with our son who is 7 years old.

Summary: Quintessential chalet with fun Swiss decor, amazing views, picturesque. Great location, and helpful property manager. The chalet is not modern but full of Swiss charm. Small improvements would be suggested for the bedrooms where the beds are quite short, as are the duvets! My friends staying were not very tall but limbs needed more coverage!!

Summary: Contact with Heela and her local manager was very nice and they reacted always immediately. The Chalet is situated on the hillside above Klosters. If you want to walk to the village and the lift to the main ski area, you have to walk a short distance UP the hill - in the hairpin curve you can access a path downhill (took us several days to find this out). The living room is very nice with a great view over the valley and a fireplace that works really well (wood was provided by the host). The table is a bit cramped for 8 people. The master bedroom is newly furnished and the adjoining bath with a big bathtub ist quite new an nice. The three sleeping rooms on the lower floor are quite simple - something you would expect in a hostel. Also some of the chairs in the living room are really worn and partially damaged - but very comfortable. The owners seem to have a problem with throwing things away. This means that there are a loads of things that might be useful for you - look around before you buy something. Meanwhile do check the sell by dates before you use something out of the kitchen cupboard. The only thing we missed were adapters for the power plugs. We have enjoyed our stay and would come again. But do not expect luxury (apart from the view and the master bedroom)

Summary: We enjoy our 4 day stay at the chalet very much! After coming back from skiing we always start the fireplace and get relaxed with the warmth of the fire. The view over Klosters is fabulous at day and night. Keep in mind that the access to the chalet has some stairs.

Summary: Hi Heela We really enjoyed our stay, the chalet was great and ideal for us. Wonderful views of Klosters! Only downside was we all thought the bedrooms downstairs were quite basic and beds too small for adults! However the master bedroom was wonderful thanks

Summary: We stayed at Chalet Tsuzuki in January for 5 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the chalet and the views are absolutely spectacular! The chalet itself is rustic and extremely comfortable with all the amenities one would need for a relaxing break and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We really enjoyed our evenings by the fireplace after a days skiing. The snow we had was amazing and even though I don't ski I still found the location of the chalet very convenient as I could easily walk into town for a coffee and a wander around while the rest of the family skied. Heela was extremely responsive whenever we needed advise whether regarding ski hire, dining recommendations or to promptly have the wifi fixed when it wasn't working properly. If you are looking for accommodation that is totally modern and characterless then this is not the place for you - we however enjoyed the family feel of the chalet and the personalised experience this provided our family.

Summary: it is really an extraordinairy house, especially the view from the living room and the bedroom upstairs ( in this room a second television would be quite good!) Only the seats in the living room have seen better times ! We spent wonderful winter-holidays and like to come again next year!

Summary: Spectacular, postcard views from this chalet...We had an amazing stay with our family and would definitely go back. We felt right at home just after opening the entry door of this wonderful, charming chalet. Spacious, easy to live in, nicely decorated, and authentic we enjoyed our breakfast and dinners with the fireplace and the most gorgeous views of Klosters village and surrounding mountains. The jaccuzi bath in the master suite was perfect to relax after a great day of hiking and skiing. The chalet has all the right amenities: full kitchen, washer/drier, internet access. We didn't even have to rent a car. Everything was within a 10 minute walking distance: Trainstation, ski lifts, main street with incredible restaurants and shopping experience, supermarket where we bought super fresh products. The village of Klosters is absolutely charming, surrounded by many mountains for skiing for all levels, hiking excursions, ice skating and many other activities to enjoy nature, including kid friendly parks. We discovered a true gem in this house and Klosters!
